    • Longest After dinner speech-19 hrs-20 minutes

    • This was my first after dinner speech record done in 1985 at CCNY.It is listed in the 1986 and 1987 editions of the Guinness book. Title of the speech was " The history of herbs in maintaining physical fitness". The purpose of the after dinner speech was to demonstrate to endurance athletes what they could eat for more energy and stamina. The only CLEAR I used was clear water. The only JUICE I was on was fruit and vegetable juice
    • Longest Sermon-93 hrs

    • This is the certificate that I received(FREE of Charge) after entering the Guinness Book for the longest sermon, 93 consecutive hours. As the author and developer of a philosophy of health and fitness called Philosophy of Divine Nutrtion, it was my goal to demonstrate the effetiveness of this program regarding nutrition, motivation and fitness. The record that I had to beat was 72 hours. I am very proud to report that the person whom I beat was arrested for child prostitution in 2008.Just goes to show that records in and of themselves do not make you a better person. It's the life you live before and after the records that documents what you are about. My sermon was based upon my book which was also my doctoral thesis in metaphysical philosophy-The Philosophy of Divine Nutrtion-1977. Making my book a world record for the longest sermon. After 93 hours, I gave a New Jump Swing jump rope demonstration which was recorded by the media. Train to Win with PDN
    • Amazing Spider-Man comic book collection

    • To complete my collection of Amazing Spider-Man v.1, I need issue #1 along with Amazing Fantasy #15 My collection includes All other volumes, mini series and One shots within the original Marvel Spider-Man Universe (Every possible Variant cover NOT included) Comic book collecting is a hobby that treats comic books and related items as collectibles or artwork to be sought after, displayed and preserved as well as works of literature, to be appreciated and critiqued like other genres of science fiction. Though considerably more recent than the collecting of postage stamps (philately), books (bibliophilia) or coins (numismatism), it has a major following around the world today. The renewed interest in this hobby is partially responsible for both the increased interest in comic books/graphic novels after the temporary slump experienced during the 1980s as well as today's multi billion dollar Hollywood Super Hero movie genre Among comics fandom, the study of comics as a medium and an artform are sometimes referred to (individually or collectively) as Panelology and people who collect comic books are known as Pannapictagraphists
    • Dr Donald Thomas and Pamela Roldan-Thomas M.C.

    • Aloha,  Vice President of PDN Publishing & Health Products, Inc. Pamela Roldan-Thomas, is my contact person for all speaking engagements and fitness workshops. I can thank the Guinness Book of Worlds Records for making my expertise known to the world and have greatly benefited from being associated with it. Between 1978 and 1988, I attempted to break GBWR on 7 seperate occassions. I KNOW WHAT IT TAKES! Once I  entered into the 1980 edition of the GB , I used that status to help me relocate from the East Coast of Brooklyn New York to the South Pacific State of Hawaii. I KNOW WHAT IT CAN DO! As a multiple Guinness Book record breaker, I am available as a consultant to those thinking of breaking  Guinness records.
