During a 7 May 2009 science demonstration at Denver, Colorado’s professional baseball stadium, Coors Field, Steve Spangler Science – an organization committed to providing people with captivating science demonstrations and creative interactive demonstrations – led 5,401 area-school students through a complete physics lesson lasting more than 30 minutes.
Steve Spangler Science presented the lesson as a first annual "Weather and Science Day" feature, in conjunction with the Colorado Rockies and Denver, Colorado NBC affiliate 9News.
Guinness World Records™ Adjudicator Danny Girton Jr was literally soaking up the on-field action as a Mentos and soda fountain brigade doused him, before he awarded the largest physics lesson certificate to Steve Spangler himself.
Nationally known as the "teacher’s teacher", Mr Spangler utilizes a mixture of personal teaching experience and inspiring passion to effectively communicate high-content information to an audience of widely varied ages.
