Description:

This was my first after dinner speech record done in 1985 at CCNY.It is listed in the 1986 and 1987 editions of the Guinness book.

Title of the speech was " The history of herbs in maintaining physical fitness".

The purpose of the after dinner speech was to demonstrate to endurance athletes what they could eat for more energy and stamina.

The only CLEAR I used was clear water.

The only JUICE I was on was fruit and vegetable juice
