Description: Paddy Doyle broke the World Record for the most full contact martial arts kicks in 1 hour on Guinness World Records Day 8th November 2007, at Stamina's boxing self defence club, Erin Ga Bragh Sports Centre B'ham UK. New World Record 5,750 full contact kicks in 1 hour. The previous World Record was 5,545 martial arts kicks held by Ron Sarchian {USA}. Rules and Regulations followed to achieve the World Record. The kicks were full contact round house kick's, the height of the kick's was above waist level, no other form of martial arts kicks's can be used. Check out www.worldsfittestathlete.co.uk
