Description: Paddy Doyle {GB} broke the 20 year old World Record for the most fullcontact straight arm punch strikes in 7 hrs & 45 min's on 21 January 2008 at Stamina's Boxing Self Defence Gym Erdington B'ham UK. Doyle beat Howard Smith {Wales} 1988 record of 121,471 punch strikes in 12 hrs, achieving 124, 963 straight arm punches beating it by 4 hours and 15 min's. On the same day Doyle also broke the most full contact punch strikes in 1 hour, previousley held by Angelo Breaux {USA} The Multi Guinness World Records Fitness Endurance Champion achieved 29,850 straight arm punches in 1 hour.
