Description: The Guinness World Records Physical Fitness Challenge Record is percieved as the Worlds toughest fitness endurance record. On 16th Feb 2005 Paddy Doyle {GB} was the first British athlete to break the record, beating the previous record holder Rob Powell {USA}. Throughout the challenge Doyle was closely watched and filmed by independent World Record Officials. Paddy completed the following physical fitness exercises in a time of 18 hrs. 56 min's. 9 sec's. . 12 mile run . 12 mile walk {carrying 25 lb back pack} . 1,250 strict push ups . 1,250 star jumps . 3,250 sit up crunches . 1,250 standing hip flexors . 110 mile cycle . 20 mile rowing . 20 mile cross trainer .
