Description: Press Up World Records previousley and currently held by Paddy Doyle since 1987 are as follows; . 4,100 press ups with a 50 lb weight on back in 4 half hours, set on 28th May 1987, B'ham UK. 1,500,230 press ups in a calender year, averaging 4000 per day, broken on 1st Oct 1989, B'ham UK. 37,350 press ups in 24 hours, broken on 1st May 1989, B'ham UK. 2,521 one arm press ups in 1 hour, set on 12th Feb 1996, B'ham UK. 8,794 one arm press ups in 5 hours, broken on 12th Feb 1996, B'ham UK. 1,940 back of hands push ups in 1 hour, broken on 8th Nov 2007, B'ham UK. 1,386 back of hands push ups in 30 min's, broken on 8th Nov 2007, B'ham UK. 627 back of hands push ups in 15 min's, broken on 8th November 2007, B'ham UK. The World Records were officiated by qualified sports coaches. All of the leading World Record Authority's rank Paddy Doyle as the Worlds number 1 press up endurance champion.
