Description: Most push ups in a calender year, averaging 4000 push ups per day. The previous World Record was held by Adam Parsons {US Air Force} 1,293, 850 push ups. The World Record was beaten on the 21 October 1989 at the Holiday Inn Hotel B'ham UK. New Guinness World Record 1,500,230 push ups. Entered into the 1990 Guinness Book of Records p.256.
