  • A Class Act.This man Smashed the GWR by way under half.He burst the hot water bottle quicker than Usain Bolt Olympic Gold Medilist ran the 200mtrs.Fantastic we could not beleive what we was watching. And for a man of nearly 50 to train like this is just amazing.Im sure that even the youth of today could not match this guy.

Then he goes on to smash 2 other GWR in a week. 3 GWR in a week this must be a GWR in its self. This guy then don a GWR of Most Squats Weight lifted in 1 hour. He shifted 46.798.4kgs.Just watch the BBC TV video its abserlutly crazy. This then entittles him to another GWR The Most Weight Squat Lifted In 24 Hours.
