Description: On the 13th May 2008 Paddy Doyle {GB}set a new World Multi Strength Fitness Record at Stamina's Boxing Martial Arts Club, Erin Ga Bragh Sports Centre B'ham UK. Doyle completed five fitness strength disciplines in 9 hrs 55 min's: 130 back of hands push ups with a 40 lb back pack on shoulders. 833 step ups carrying a 40 lb back pack on a 15 inch bench. 82 . 84 metres indoor rowing. 133.56 kilometres on indoor cycle. 220 shuttle sprints {30 feet} carrying a 40 lb back pack. Besides achieving the latest World Record Title Paddy also broke three other 1 hour strength fitness records. However it was a gamble going for the fitness endurance records, reason being he had a chest infection and was on penicillin, plus he had stitches in his left hand which he sustained from training.
