Tekken 6 Guinness World Record Attempt on Saturday 24th October 2009

Tekken 6

At the MCM Expo in Docklands Excel Arena on 24th October there will be a Guinness World Record attempt for the longest winning streak on Tekken 6.

Phil Mackenzie who won the recent NEO Empire tournament (with a broken arm...) will be attempting to set the Guinness World Record for the longest winning streak between 10am and 1pm. Guinness World Records official adjudicators will be on hand to witness the event as he attempts to set the record all discerning Tekken fans will be trying to beat. All comers are welcome to take him on, so if you think you’ve got what it takes to beat the champ now he has the full use of both his arms, step up!

Guinness World Records Gaming Manager, Gareth Deaves, said: “The Tekken series already holds several records in the 2010 Guinness World Records Gamer's Edition, and it’s going to be great to see how long Phil can last against the fierce competition at the show. We’ll be there to keep a blow-by-blow account of the record attempt and to make sure it’s a fair fight.”
