Description: Houdenny has thus far gotten into a maximum-security Posey straitjacket, which is attached to canvas trousers and also an additional buckle with its supportive strap behind his neck is secured. The beginning parts of the escape challenge are on its way to further enhance the impossible feat, which is to take place after all the rest of the restraints are attached to Houdenny. The following apparatus that will be placed upon Houdenny in addition to what he has on will be a Posey Transport jacket, Humane Restraint Blanket Wrap, which is velcroed and chained throughout with combination padlocks then duct-taped on each and every padlock. Then Houdenny will have a leather head harness placed over his head and this head harness has equipped with it an ungaffed Darby neck collar, which is locked in the back of Houdenny's neck. After Houdenny is placed inside all the materials mentioned, he will then have his body enclosed inside a black body bag that will surround his body and it too will be padlocked and duct taped for further security. Then Houdenny will be hoisted in the air by the use of a crane 60 feet upside down. There will be, from many angles, high-powered paintball rifles that will attack Houdenny while he is trying to escape from all the materials used. Nearly 300 paintballs will actually hit Houdenny's body before his miraculous escape takes place. Houdenny sustained quite a number of injuries which has been supplied to show proof that these paintballs mean business and they do hurt quite a bit. See photos provided. This escape took place on October 27, 2007 during the dedication to Harry Houdini and the many escape artists around the world celebrating WEAR 2007, which stand for: Worldwide Escape Artist Relay. I prepared officials there to see if anything was gaffed, faked in any way with the exception of having the enhancement of further development of furthering the challenge made within this so-called impossible task of all the materials used in this escape, which was held in Las Cruces, New Mexico on Saturday morning at approximately 9:15 am. This escape was sponsored by Barnett Harley Davidson of Las Cruces, New Mexico and Western Fabrication of Las Cruces who supplied the crane. The operator of the crane was Joe Lackey and the official was retired Lieutenant Romeo Butticci Sr. from Las Cruces, New Mexico. He retired from Deming, New Mexico and inspected all apparatus used within this escape and was also very familiar with all apparatus used and what gaffed jackets are as-well-as a fake Darby Neck Collar brace, which attached around my neck. The combination locks used were known only by the assistants and not me.
