    Paddy Doyle broke the World Record for the most full contact martial arts kicks in 1 hour on Guinness World Records Day 8th November 2007, at Stamina's boxing self defence club, Erin Ga Bragh Sports Centre B'ham UK. New World Record 5,750 full contact kicks in 1 hour. The previous World Record was 5,545 martial arts kicks held by Ron Sarchian {USA}. Rules and Regulations followed to achieve the World Record.
